Yes, it is highly recommended. To guarantee your entry time and avoid long waits or disappointment during busy periods (especially weekends, public holidays, and school vacations), we strongly advise booking online.

Yes, you can purchase tickets at the counter, but only if the current time slot’s capageneve allows. Online reservations are given priority.

The nearest TPG stops are MOLARD or BEL-AIR (TPG Bus lines 2,3,5,7,10,19,20,36,80,92 and Tram lines 14,17,18). We are also a short 10-minute walk from Cornavin train station.

We do not have dedicated parking. You can use the public underground car parks nearby (e.g., Parking du Mont-Blanc or Parking Saint-Antoine).
